When bidding alternate solutions include a narrative description for how the alternate meets or exceeds the features and/or value of the specified item. The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: a new play area with 8' ASTM certified fall zone and the surrounding landscape turf for a new charter school in Cedar City, Utah. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible offeror with the highest score justified by the procurement code The contract resulting from this RFP will be for FIVE (5) years.
