Bids should include price per ton. Bid B: Bid area includes N. Division Street from Mill Street to Spring Street (845'x34'). Bids should include prices for pulverizing to minimum depth of 8" with fine grade water and compacting base material. Pave with 4LT 58-28S asphalt at an average thickness of 3" in two lifts. Bids should include price per ton. Bid C: Bid area includes N. Union Street from Mill Street going north (195'x39'). Bids should include prices for pulverizing to minimum depth of 8" with fine grade water and compacting base material. Pave with 4LT 58-28S asphalt at an average thickness of 4" in two lifts. Bids should include price per ton. Bid D: Bid area includes the library parking lot from N. Union Street to N. Main Street (290' x 40').
