Fire alarm maintenance service The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) is looking for a contractor to proceed with the mandatory annual tests of its fire alarm system, at Donnacona Institution, in accordance with standards CAN/ULC-S536 and CAN/ULC-537-19 for the inspection and testing of fire alarm systems. Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of from the contract award to April 30, 2027 The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s). This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Perform inspection and testing for the fire alarm system at Donnacona Institution. Deliverables: The contractor must proceed to the mandatory annual tests of its fire alarm system in accordance with standards CAN/ULC-S536 and CAN/ULC-537-19 for the inspection and testing of fire alarm systems, at Donnacona Institution. The contractor tasks include, but are not limited to, prepare a full report with a list of all inspections and tests, identifying all deficiencies/defects and recommending actions to take so that the deficiencies can be corrected. The contractor must, when requested by the project authority, correct any system defects following the annual inspection. This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Indigenous Suppliers. This contract does not include security requirements. The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
