State the amount to be added to the Contract if existing VAV Boxes within Scope of Work Area are replaced with new VAV boxes, new controls and SCR electric heat. Boxes are to be replaced as like-for-like with the same power requirements as existing VAV boxes, as indicated in the schedule on M1.0. New boxes shall be provided in same location and thermostats shall be new (not relocated) in locations indicated on plans. Pricing should include reconnected to existing ductwork, electrical power for SCR heat, and to the existing building automation system. ALTERNATE BID No 002 State the amount to be added to the Contract if the mechanical, electrical and plumbing work, drywall, millwork and all finishes in Laundry WK.111 are added to the Project. Base Bid work shall only include the door, frame, hardware and electric strike to room. ALTERNATE BID No 003 State the amount to be added to the Contract if all existing vinyl cove base within Ex. Lobby WK100, Corridors WK100A, WK.C1A, WK.C1B, WK.C2, WK.C3, WKC3A/B/C, WK.C4, WK.C5 and WK.C6 is removed and replaced with VCB-1. Additionally, all new and existing hollow metal frames within these spaces shall be painted/repainted P-6. Note: Base Bid work for these areas shall be patching of new into existing VCB-2 and new H.M. frames painted P-5 to match existing. In both the Base Bid and Alternate Bid #002, all internal rooms are to receive VCB-1 and the H.M. frames are to be painted P-6 MISCELLANEOUS PROJECT REQUIREMENTS A.
