Site work, outdoor lighting, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Paducah, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
Construction of three (3) new buildings, renovation of five (5) buildings and installation/construction of two (2) shelters containing restroom facilities. Work includes structural, architectural, plumbing, mechanical and electrical and shall be coordinated with all work for Bid Package 01 - Field Turf, Field Lighting and General Site Construction Bidders shall furnish Bid Bond for 5% of bid amount with each bid proposal Award shall be made based upon the lowest evaluated bid. Successful bidders will furnish and pay for 100% Performance and Payment Bonds All questions resulting from pre-bid site visits, or questions in general, shall be directed in writing to the Jeff Canter, Project Architect, PFGW Architects (jeff@pfgw.net). Please include "Paducah Sports Park -Bid Package 02 Questions" in the subject line of email.
