Construction began May 2024. All subcontractor trades have been closed. Project Description: The project consists of renovation of the existing OES South building (5005 North Perkins Road) for Child Nutrition offices and support space, and renovation of the existing OES Nouth building (5021 North Perkins Road) for Technology offices and support space. This is a phased project with the South building first, and North Building second. Alternates 1 and 2 consist of replacement of the boilers and chillers at both South and North buildings. Demolition, concrete, doors and hardware, general construction, interior framing and finishes, toilet partitions, aluminum storefront, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and minor fire protection. Stillwater Public Schools, Independent School District No. 16 of Payne County, Oklahoma, c/o Lippert Bros., Inc. acting as Construction Manager, is taking separate sealed bids on various Bid Packages for the OES North & South Building Renovations located at 5021 & 5005 North Perkins Road, Stillwater, Oklahoma 74075. Bids will be received at Stillwater Public Schools - Administration Building - Board Room located at 314 South Lewis Street, Stillwater, OK 74074 no later than Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. Bids will be opened and read out loud. Any bids that are submitted via shipping carrier must be sent to Lippert Bros., Inc., Construction Manager, to 2211 East I-44 Service Road, Oklahoma City, OK 73111 and received prior to 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, to be deemed admissible as a bid to be opened at 2:00 p.m. the same day. Said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud following the time stated above. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening of bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
