Site work and paving for a civil project in Kissimmee, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

**As of June 14, 2024 , this project has been awarded to Sanpik, Inc., awarded amount not available.** Project Description: The Work to be done includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to construct the water main replacement project in two (2) phases all-inclusive of the following: Phase 1 includes the construction of approximately 2,500 lineal feet of 10" PVC (C900/DR-18) water main, 360 lineal feet of 8" PVC (C900/DR-18) water main, 100 lineal feet of 6" PVC (C900/DR-18) water main, 340 lineal feet of 8" HDPE (DR-11) directional bore water main, 6" through 12" wet tap connections to existing mains, asphalt roadway open cut and repair with final mill and resurfacing, concrete curb removal and replacement, isolation valves, fire hydrants, new residential services, relocation of existing meters requiring access to private property and City of St. Cloud applicable permits and the usual appurtenances. The project also includes the abandonment in place of existing water mains via grouting. The contractor shall note that some existing water mains are asbestos cement pipe and if sections are removed all applicable regulations will apply in regards to handling and disposal of the materials. Phase 2 includes the construction of approximately 4,800 lineal feet of 8" PVC (C900/DR-18) water main, 65 lineal feet of 6" PVC (C900/DR-18) water main, 6" through 12" wet tap connections to existing mains, asphalt roadway open cut and repair with final mill and resurfacing, concrete curb removal and replacement, isolation valves, fire hydrants, new residential services, relocation of existing meters requiring access to private property and City of St. Cloud applicable permits and the usual appurtenances. The project also includes the abandonment in place of existing water mains via grouting. The contractor shall note that some existing water mains are asbestos cement pipe and if sections are removed all applicable regulations will apply in regard to handling and disposal of the materials. The project is being completed in two phases to allow for the use of grant funding as described in Appendix B. Contractors shall note that phase 1 work shall be issued final completion by Toho prior to work commencing on phase 2 of the project. The work in phase 1 shall also be finalized by the prescribed time line for substantial and final completion for this phase 1 of the project.
