Soil must be evenly collected/scraped across the entire unit and no deep runs of ditt will be allowed to be created for use. Access ramps are allowed to be made and used during the work but must be removed before completion of project per ODWC personnel. Some may be kept for ODWC future needs. Equipment must be low ground pressure, tracked or rubber tired equipment. The exact areas for repair/maintenance will be determined by ODWC area personnel based on laser elevations. There will be a set top benchmark for a minimum height with a maximum of 8-inch difference. Tops must be smooth for drivable access. Dikes will be approximately 12 feet wide and flat on top for truck and equipment travel. Some areas may be built up to as much as 24 inches with a 1:3 feet slope angle.
