Site work and paving for a civil project in Hialeah, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The City of Hialeah requires the services of an experienced and reliable contractor that is capable of furnishing, installing, and testing all appurtenances associated with the roadway and drainage improvements to West 32nd Avenue from West 68th Street to West 76th Street, which includes: approximately 2,585 linear feet of roadway and associated drainage system (catch basins, solid pipes, culverts, etc.), sidewalks, street lighting, and pavement markings in accordance to the plans and specifications of this IFB. The City of Hialeah reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities or minor irregularities, technicalities or omissions, in the bidding. Bids may be held over by the City of Hialeah, at its sole discretion, for a period not to exceed one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders, prior to consideration of the awarding of the contract
