Remodeling of an educational facility in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
This project includes, but is not limited to, remodeling the exterior front entry railings, door and frame, side windows, and threshold. Also included is the interior remodeling of the wood trim, doors, flooring and windows, and painting the common spaces throughout the home. Questions regarding the scope of work should be directed to the Design Professional. Bid security shall be agreed upon as the measure of liquidated damages which the Owner will sustain by failure, neglect or refusal of bidder to deliver a signed contract stipulating performance of the Work in unqualified compliance with Contract Documents. Successful bidder will be required to furnish a Contract Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract sum within ten (10) days after receipt of Notice of Award.
