A. The scope of work of this project generally consists of replacement of selected roof areas A, B and C at Stamford High School as depicted on the accompanying Contract Drawings; the Technical Specifications and the general outline of work as described in "B" below. B. ROOF REPLACEMENT Location: Stamford High School Scope: Refer to drawings - The work of this project consists of the provision of all plant, materials, labor and equipment and the like necessary and/or required for the complete execution of all roof replacement and associated abatement work as depicted in the Contract Documents. Project Number - S2087-065 This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including nondiscrimination statutes and set-aside requirements. State law requires a minimum of twenty-five (25%) percent of the state-funded portion of the contract be set aside for award to subcontractors holding current certification as Small Business Enterprises ("SBE") from the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services ("DAS"). A minimum of 6.25% of the state-funded portion must be set aside for subcontractors holding current DAS certification as Minority-, Women-, and/or Disabled-owned businesses ("M/W/DisBE").
