This project is located on Midway Road between Merriman Road and Cummings Lane within the City of Medford and Jackson County, Oregon and includes all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct street, storm drain, lighting, striping, curb ramp, and sidewalk improvements. Pay items include, but are not limited to the following: 2 portable changeable message signs; 400 hours flagging; clearing and grubbing; 660 cubic yards general excavation; 1,300 square yards subgrade geotextile; 160 feet storm sewer pipe; 3 storm sewer manholes; 3 concrete inlets; 120 square feet retaining wall, prefabricated modular gravity; 785 tons aggregate base; 380 ton level 3, 1/2 ACP mixture; 650 feet curb and gutter; 2,600 square feet concrete walks; 150 square foot pavement bar, type B-HS; street lighting; agency-furnished flashing beacon installation, complete; and 2 water quality vaults.
