We agree that the total price submitted shall be open for acceptance for thirty (30) days after the closing date. 2. We agree that the Owner may not accept the lowest bid or any bid and further that the Owner will not defray any costs incurred by the bidder in the preparation of their quotation. 3. We agree that upon acceptance of this quotation by the Owner, that Seguin Township shall sign the contract documents, or purchase order for the successful bidder. We shall within 7 days submit all documentation required by the Municipality Contractor must deliver fourteen (14) portable toilets with sinks as per the following dates and locations listed below. Maintenance and cleaning must be provided on a weekly basis.
