Site work for a mixed-use development in Westminster, Maryland. Conceptual plans call for site work for a educational facility.

Bid canceled. No plans to rebid. Scope It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid to establish a contract to Furnish and Install an Outdoor Sign at Carroll County Career and Technology Center, 1229 Washington Road, Westminster, MD 21157. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, labor, tools, equipment, supervision, insurance, permits, and services required to furnish and install an Outdoor Sign at Carroll County Career and Technology Center, all in accordance with the provisions of this Invitation to Bid and as outlined in the enclosed specifications. It is anticipated that an award will be made May 8, 2024, with completion of installation by August 16, 2024. Specific scheduling will be discussed at the pre-bid meeting and shall be coordinated with the contract administrator after award. CCPS shall be the sole judge as to whether items meet specifications or are an approved equal, and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality which may be in the best interest of CCPS. Bidders shall complete and submit with this bid the form entitled “Bidder’s Affidavit.” Bonds are not required. The successful bidder will supply a Daktronics Galaxy GS6, RGB, full color LED display, 10MM, 108 x 216, matrix double sided full color display. Bidders shall submit product information with their bid, along with a sketch of the installed sign to include dimensions.
