*As of June 5, 2024, project was awarded to PREMIER CONCRETE LANDSCAPES OF WNY - $144,547.50 and P&J CONSTRUCTION CO. INC. - $92,195.00 , with the total amount of $236,742.50 The attention of the bidder is called particularly to the requirements of conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract. These Contracts will be funded wholly or partially with federal funds, and as such, is subject to all federal rules and regulations pertinent there to, including, but not limited to, federal policy of encouraging the participation of minority and women business enterprises as sources of suppliers, equipment, construction, and services. The bidders' attention is called to Section 2604 of the Public Authorities Law, which requires a bidder's Certificate of Non-Collusion. Such certification is part of the Proposal form and, unless complied with on the form provided, the bid will not be accepted. The Village of Depew is an exempt organization under the Tax Law and is exempt from payment of sales and compensating use taxes of the State of New York and cities and counties of the state on all materials which are to be incorporated into the project, pursuant to the provisions of the contract. These taxes are not to be included in the bid. Bidders must be registered with The Copy Store as having obtained a complete set of Bidding Documents. Bids submitted on copies of Bidding Documents from other sources will not be accepted. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for 45 days after the bid opening.
