DESCRIPTION OF WORK: As noted in Exhibit A, SGH Waterproofing Repairs, The Intersection Apartments dated January 23, 2024, Dig existing planter and cobbled areas to repair waterproofing membrane on level 2 deck. BIDDER QUALIFICATIONS: To allow the University to evaluate bidders, each bidder must submit with its bid, a Contractor's Special Statement of Experience. This Contractor's Special Statement of Experience must be provided on the Contractor's letterhead. If your firm provides inaccurate or incomplete information your firm will be found non-responsive. If your firm receives negative project references they may be found non-responsive. To be eligible for consideration of award, the Contractor's Special Statement of Experience must include: 1. Documentation that the bidder has successfully completed the following: a. A minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) comparable projects with a construction value of $110,000 or greater, completed in the past five (5) years that demonstrate the bidder's ability to successfully complete the project with respect to project size, cost, use, complexity, etc. DO NOT include projects currently under construction. a. All submitted projects must be within the immediate nine Bay Area counties. 2. Include the following for each project: (a) project name, (b) project address, (c) owner's name, (d) contract value at award, (e) total Change Order value, (f) completion date, (g) Owner's Representative email address and current phone number and (h) describe how project is comparable to project being bid. 3. All projects on all UC Campuses and National Labs (LBNL, LLNL) within the last 5 years.
