The Work includes the supply and installation of milk processing equipment such as storage tanks, a milk separator, pasteurizer, homogenizer, cooling press, bottle filler, a walk-in cooler, and custom stainless steel fabrications. Systems to support the processing equipment would need to be provided and include a new ice builder, boiler, and pumps.Additional HVAC work includes a new rooftop unit and ductwork to condition and exhaust Room 113.
