Anne Arundel Community College is requesting quotes for the purchase and installation of chairs to be delivered to the college's Arundel Mills (AMIL) campus in Hanover, Maryland. The chair manufacturers are KI and 9 to 5. No substitutions will be accepted. The deadline to ask questions about this solicitation is April 17, 2024 by 11:00 a.m. Email questions to Mlhenrickson@aacc.edu and in the subject line, write "Questions for Project C2024-29-Q." Firms responding to this RFQ must hold an active purchasing cooperative contract covering the items listed in Appendix A -Specifications and Pricing Sheet. Firms are required to provide a link to the cooperative contract and a copy of the current award letter with their quote submittal. June 18, 2024 College's BOT approves recommendation of award of contract June 25, 2024 Contract(s) Awarded On or Before November 1, 2024 Chair delivery and installation. Allow extra delivery time due to Baltimore Port issues. This is for the purchase of purchase, delivery and installation of the chairs listed in Appendix A - Specifications and Pricing Sheet. The chairs shall be delivered to the College's Arundel Mills (AMIL) campus located at 7009 Arundel Mills Circle, Hanover, MD 21076. Firms can provide a quote for one or both manufacturer types. Firms that provide a quote for one manufacturer type and not the other will not be disqualified from being considered for the award of a contract under this RFQ. Awards may be made to multiple vendors and all items may or may not be awarded at the College's discretion.
