The intent of this request is to evaluate and approve potential supplier(s) to become a vendor of record authorized to supply paving and patching repair 2024. Respondents should promptly examine all of the documents comprising this RFQ, and may direct questions or seek additional information in writing by e-mail to the RFQ Contact on or before the Deadline for Questions. The Town of Shaunavon is accepting RFQ's (Request for Quotes) for a qualified firm to provide for the 2024 street repair program. The program consists of two work packages: Work Package 1: 2024 Recapping 1. 2nd St. East (1st Ave. to 2nd Ave.) - 310' x 34' = 10,540 sq ft (40% patching required) 2. 3rd Ave. (1st St. East to 2nd St. East) - 376' x 83' = 31,208 sq ft (10% patching required) 3. Centre St. (3rd Ave. to 4th Ave.) - 496' x 82' = 40,672 sq ft (10% patching required) 4. Centre St. (5th Ave. to 6th Ave.) - 543' x 53' = 28,779 sq ft (10% patching required) 5. 3rd Ave. West (2nd St. to 4th St.) - 3rd Ave. West (2nd St. to 4th St.) Work Package 2: 2024 Hydrant Finalization Asphalt Patching 1. Nine locations = Approx. 144 sq ft each for a total of 1296 sq ft Work shall be completed in the months of May or June 2024.
