City Hall Basement Renovation. Q&A Deadline 05/09/2024 10:00 AM (PDT) Online Q&A Yes. The City of Carson is seeking bids from qualified bidders to perform the services required under City's Project No. 1731: City Hall Basement Renovation. Project consists of the upgrade improvements for the EOC Department including restrooms and other improvements to the basement level of the Carson City Hall as shown on the Contract Documents prepared by Westberg + White, Inc., Architects. Any changes to the IFB requirements will be issued by addenda through PlanetBids. Unless expressly stated otherwise, documents must be uploaded in PDF format. It is the Proposer's responsibility to ensure qualification documents are properly and timely received. Qualifications that are missing pages, cannot be opened, etc. may be considered nonresponsive. It is the Proposer's sole responsibility to contact the City's online bid management provider (PlanetBids at 818-992-1771) to resolve any technical issues related to electronic bidding.
