New Brunswick Center HVAC Upgrade. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES If the damage and loss to the Owner, which have resulted from a failure by the Contractor to complete the work within the period specified as herein provided, are not susceptible to certain computation, the damages to the Owner under each contract shall be subject to liquidated damages for the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each consecutive calendar day (Sundays and holidays included) in excess of the time specified.
