35,000 gallons more or less of MS-3000 for the purpose of chipping & sealing the Township roads. Work Must Be Completed by August 15, 2024 or the Bidder Shall Pay the Township $100 Per Day Past the Deadline for Liquid Dated Damages. The Successful Bidder Shall Furnish Weight Slips With Each Load of Road Oil and Furnish a Bid Bond to Insure That the Bidder Will Comply With the Township's Request. The Successful Bidder Shall Also Supply Proof of Liability Insurance Naming Milton Township on the Certificate. The Oil Shall Be Applied Using a Computerized Variable Width Asphalt Distributer Capable of Applying 20' in One Complete Pass. Two Pneumatic Tire Rollers Meeting Odot Specifications for Rolling of Aggregate. All Equipment Must Be Odot Certified. The Township Will Provide Aggregate and Traffic Control as Needed. The Bidder Will Supply the Road Oil and Applicator, Aggregate Spreader, Loading & Trucking of Aggregate, and Roller. The Board of Trustees Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and Accept the Bid in the Best Interest of Milton Township.
