Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Haven, Utah. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project consists of construction of new park improvements for the Taylor West Weber Parks District, including parking lots, road improvements along 1800 South in West Haven, utilities, and a potential walking path. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be emailed. Scanned copies or digital copies of each document are acceptable. Digital photographs will not be accepted. No pre-bid conference will be held. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Reeve & Associates, 5160 South 1500 West, Riverdale, Utah, (801) 621-3100. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Jeremy Draper, jdraper@reeve-assoc.com, no later than 5:00 pm on April 10, 2024. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
