Site work for a mixed-use development in Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and swimming pool.
Senn HS - Replacement of Pool Liner 1) Furnish a complete set of aquatics drawings and submit to State of Illinois Department of Public Health for permit. 2) Provide submittals for approval prior to project beginning. 3) Remove and dispose of existing PVC liner. 4) Replace all (10) hook anchors 5) Furnish and install, using a continuous weld, an approximately 3” tall stainless steel skirt directly beneath the pool gutter for the purpose of terminating the PVC membrane. 6) Furnish and install a minimum 60 Mil PVC membrane throughout the interior of the pool walls and floor. Floor areas under 5’ or less water level to be slip resistant. 7) Furnish and install (4) Lane lines, (8) wall targets, and (1) transition line using black PVC material. 8) Furnish and install new Main Drain cover and provide compliance information as required. 9) Clean site and make suitable for filling and final inspection. 10) Set-up and assist with IDPH inspection. 11) All trash must be removed off-site by contractor. 12) Clean the surrounding area and make sure all is swept of debris. 13) All questions/requests must be received two (2) business days prior to bid closing.
