This is a BABA Project and a letter from Manufacturers will be required for all material used in the project. For furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and doing the work of constructing, according to Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents on file in the office of the Owner, the improvements hereinafter described. No bids will be received after the time set forth herein above. Clean and Coat the following tank: 1. 100,000 Gallon Standpipe, Interior and Exterior Coating The Contractor is hereby advised that TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE on this project and that the contract time of 180 consecutive calendar days and noted restrictions shall be strictly observed. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES WILL BE ASSESSED IF THE CONTRACT TIME IS EXCEEDED. The Contractor may apply for an extension of time in accordance with the provisions of the contract; however, such an extension must be approved prior to the contract completion date to avoid the imposition of liquidated damages. As of April 10, 2024, please note, that all interested parties must contact Utility Engineering Consultants LLC directly for bid packet access. Construction is expected to take 180 calendar days. Question deadline 04/12/2024 DBE/MBE Participation Goal: 2.5%
