The City of Simi Valley (City) has received a grant from the State of California in the amount of $250,000 to prepare an update to the City's Bicycle Master Plan (BMP). The City seeks a qualified and experienced consultant to prepare the update, which will provide the City with a framework for systematic infrastructure improvements to buildout the plan and provide for safe, efficient, and enjoyable bicycle facilities throughout the City.
