Spartanburg Water System is seeking a qualified contractor to construct a Storage Building at the RB Simms Drinking Water Plant. The building with be constructed on a suitable area near the Liquid Oxygen Tank (LOX). This project will take place at the RB Simms Drinking Water Plant at 390 Spartanburg Water Works Road Chesnee SC 29323 In addition to price, the following criteria will be used in assessing bids: 1) whether the vendor can complete the project promptly, within the time specified without delay or interference; 2) the reputation, experience, and efficiency of the vendor; 3) the quality, availability and conformance of the building and/or services to the specific use required; 4) the ability of the vendor to provide further maintenance and service.
