Questions will not be considered or answere The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct Headworks and Non-Potable Water System Replacement includes, but is not limited to, mobilization, bonds and insurance; existing headworks and non-potable system demolition and replacement; digester air line improvements; miscellaneous site work; piping, valves, fittings, supports, and coatings; electrical work including conduit and wire, control panels, and all else necessary for a complete functional plant. The project is located at 15201 Philippine Street in Jersey Village, Texas 77040. The bidder shall submit a certified or cashier's check on a responsible bank in the State equal to two percent (2%) of the maximum total bid amount or a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount.
