Site work for a civil project in Quitman, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
Bid results will be released once the contract is signed. Furnish materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the construction of 48 LF - 18" culvert including sand-cement bag rip rap end walls, backfill, pavement repair, and necessary associated grading, traffic control, testing, etc. for the installation of a culvert beneath online Road in Brooks County, Georgia. Necessary demolition, clearing, erosion control, and maintenance including permanent grassing will be required for the project as well. Furnish materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the construction of 40 LF-18" culvert including sand-cement bag rip rap end walls, backfill, and necessary associated grading, traffic control, testing, etc. for the installation of a culvert beneath Simpson Road at 600 Simpson Rd in Brooks County, Georgia. Necessary demolition, erosion control, and maintenance will be required for the project as well. Furnish materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the construction of 32 LF-18" culvert including sand-cement bag rip rap end walls, backfill, and necessary associated grading, traffic control, testing, etc. for the installation of a culvert beneath Simpson Road at Dixie Barwick Rd in Brooks County, Georgia. Necessary demolition, erosion control, and maintenance including permanent grassing will be required for the project as well. All work on this project must be completed within sixty (60) consecutive days from date of notice to proceed. Bids shall be submitted on bid proposal forms furnished for that purpose in accordance with the contract documents and specifications. Bid forms, specifications and contract documents may be obtained from Brooks County Board of Commissioners by emailing Kirn Daniels, Procurement Officer, at kdaniels@brookscountyga.gov. No bid will be considered unless sealed and filed with Brooks County prior to the time set forth above and accompanied by Insurance Certificates and other required contract documents. Bids arriving after the designated time will be returned unopened. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening of bids. Brooks County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to overlook and/or disregard informalities or irregularities in the proposals. complete the work to the satisfaction of the Owner within 90 consecutive calendar days from and including said date.
