Ashbrook Restoration Project Mobilization of equipment. - Installation of soil erosion and sediment control measures in accordance with the approved SE&SC Plan, which may include but is not limited to use of a silt fence, use of a truck wheel cleaning stone tracking pad, etc. - Rough grading and timber matting of approximately 2,775 feet of PSE&G right of way utilizing single row of 4 ft x 16 ft. x 8-inch-thick mats (or equivalent), founded upon a filter fabric layer to insure a positive separation of timber to soil contact. See the layout and details in the attached Soil Erosion & Sediment Control Plans /Notes and Details, Sheets 1 through 3. - Rough grading and timber mattingofthe last 225 feet of right of way utilizing4 ft x 16 ft x 8- inch thick and 4 ft x 24 ft x 8-inch-thick mats (or equivalent), founded upon a filter fabric layer. See details and layout in the attached Soil Erosion & Sediment Control Plans /Notes and Details, Sheets 1 through 3. - Installation of dewatering systems, consisting of pump units with end of hose silt traps. - Excavation of sediment/muck around the stuck equipment. - Use of a wrecker / rigging system to retrieve the stuck equipment by use of two large excavators. - Placement of equipment onto timber matting so that it may be started and brought off-site or towed; and - Removal of all previously installed timber matting. - Demobilization of equipment.
