This contract is for window replacements with hazardous materials abatement of Vanderlyn Hall. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the removal of the existing windows and replacement with new aluminum windows, brick masonry repairs, carpentry and solid surface work, sheet metal flashings and trim, sealant replacement, gypsum board and maintenance repainting, new roller window shades It is anticipated that work will commence in summer 2024 and be completed by the end of October 2025. The estimated construction cost for the Base Bid is between $1,900,000 and $2,300,000.
