MPE stairwell x2 abatement of lead-based paint and mold. An environmental consultant will be monitoring the work. 1. All work will be monitored by a consultant. 2. All work is to be properly State notified AQMD and OSHA 3. All employees should have current abatement credentials for lead, and mold. 4. All labor and materials included. 5. Proper PPE equipment to be in place during abatement. 6. Negative air machine will be required for containment. 7. Work will take place in the afternoon hours, on Saturdays and Sundays. 8. Containment will be needed to include a three stage decon with shower 9. Proper RCRA disposal with manifest plus tagged vehicle and class H- driver 10. Project is not complete until clearances have been achieved. 11. You are responsible for tearing down after clearance. 12. Paint with kilns when completed with abatement. 13. Scaffolds may be needed. 14. Site abatement of lead and mold to include some high ceiling areas at MPE. 15. Abatement of lead-based paint plus mold. Location Main building both sides of stairwells high areas scaffold may be needed at MPE. This project is subject to the enforcement of the DLSE PWR Monitoring/Enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), Division of Labor Standards Enforcement Pursuant to Labor Code 1771. Each bidder shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to the California Business and Professions Code and be licensed to perform the work called for in the contract documents. The successful bidder must possess a valid and active abatement license for asbestos and lead removal valid through project completion.
