In general, needed services consist of various engineering activities related to the City's rate and fee studies, fund analyses, cost allocation, operation, maintenance and capital improvement program for its water and wastewater infrastructure. Selected Consultants will prepare high quality reports, technical studies, construction plans and specifications, schedules, cost estimates, and other engineering services in accordance with City requirements and standards. Complete proposal evaluation June 14, 2024 Award contract July 17, 2024 Execute contract August 1, 2024. The City is requesting qualifications from qualified consultants to provide Civil Engineering Water and Wastewater design services. Currently the City is not adequately staffed to perform all Capital Improvement Plan work. The City is interested in generating a list of qualified consultants specializing in this type of work to draw from as needed. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
