Demolition, site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Lake Stevens, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Lift Station 2C Improvements Project includes demolition of the existing lift station and installation of a new submersible lift station. Work includes one new cast-in-place sub-grade wet well, one new cast-in-place subgrade valve vault, one new precast concrete subgrade flow meter vault, installation of subgrade piping, construction of one new electrical building, installation of new oxygen injection system, installation of Owner supplied diesel generator with subbase fuel tank, associated piping modifications, associated electrical system modifications, site improvements including grading, gravel surfacing, asphalt paving, new service connection to existing water main, application of coating systems, modifications to an existing manhole, and installation of new fencing and gates. The project will also include temporary bypass pumping in order to ensure continuous operation of a functioning lift station for the duration of construction. Contract questions shall be directed only to the office of the Project Engineer.
