Demolition and remodeling of a fire / police facility in Ellisville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 13,606-square-foot, two-story above grade, one-story below grade fire / police facility.

Work consists of selective demolition and renovation of the majority of the facility. The majority of the private offices will be reconfigured and new walls with store front installed. New raised access flooring and carpet. Existing bathrooms reconfigured and updated. New paint and finishes will be applied to the inside of the entire facility. A new mechanical system and units will be installed. New lights will be installed throughout. Updates to network and security are also required.
