Prospective bidders shall be licensed Contractors in the State of California having at least 5 years experience and being qualified to perform the Work specified in the Contract Documents. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment required to furnish a color audio video recording of the Project Location shown on Drawing G-1, more specifically described as follows: the existing 5-acre BLM property where the existing raw water reservoir is located and the proposed water system improvements will be constructed; the strip of land along the westerly side of the existing County of Riverside airport property where the District's pipeline and IID's electrical facilities will be constructed; and the District's existing water treatment and distribution facilities that are located in the community of Chiriaco Summit. B. Audio video recording shall be of professional quality. The Owner reserves the right to reject the audio video recording because of poor quality, unintelligible audio or uncontrolled pan or zoom. Any recording rejected by the Owner shall be re-recorded at no cost to the Owner. C. The recording shall be performed by a qualified, established audio video recording firm knowledgeable in construction practices and which has a minimum of one year of experience in established inspection procedures.
