Reference Number : 1833184 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-04-17 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: Yes, via the SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 12 The Marguerite-Bourgeoys School Service Center (CSSMB) wishes to retain the services of a single (1) SERVICE PROVIDER specialized and expert in the maintenance of wood floors, more particularly to carry out repairs, cleaning, sanding and application of varnish on wooden floors (gymnasium, classroom, stage, palaestra and others) The average surface area per type of premises is as follows: o Gymnasium; 425 mc o Scene; 100 sm o Palestra; 225 mc o Other premises; 100 sm Duration of the Contract a) The Contract expires after a period of ONE (1) year from its entry into force, unless terminated prematurely in accordance with the other provisions of the Contract; b) The SERVICE PROVIDER grants TWO (2) Options to renew the Contract for an additional period of ONE (1) year each. c) Thus, the period of work (approximately 3 months) during the 1st year begins from the Notice of Award until September 30, 2026. Please note, however, that, unless otherwise advised by the Representative of the CSSMB, the execution of the contract runs from June (end of classes) to the end of August (resumption of classes).
