Description

Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Atglen, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, electrical work, scoreboard erection, trenching, boring, concrete flatwork, asphalt paving, seeding, earthwork, masonry, new softball field, fencing, and other items as more completely described in the bid documents. This Bid is for two prime contracts relative to general construction and electrical construction. Bidders may submit Bids for the entire Project work and/or for separate portions or components of the Project work as provided for in the Bid Sheets that are part of the Bid Documents. Bidders must submit "Proof of Competency" information as required by the Bid Documents to demonstrate to the satisfaction of the School District that they and/or their subcontractors have the experience, expertise, competency, efficiency, integrity, and financial standing and ability to perform the Project work. Bids are to be sealed and plainly marked with the words "Athletic Stage One Implementation Project".
