Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Knoxville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The University of Tennessee is seeking RFQ submissions for materials and skilled labor for the removal and replacement of all existing overhead shade curtains situated within the South Greenhouse. The project will involve the installment of new clips and closure cloth as well as the repair or replacement of any damaged monofilament lines. University reserves the right to reject any employee of a Supplier based on information obtained through the background check. Question Deadline 04/16/2024 Respondents may ask the Office of Procurement Services questions in writing via email to the email address listed above in the "Communications" subsection prior to the submission deadline. Please email questions to broberts@tennessee.edu. Do not use bid system to submit questions. Material and labor to remove and replace all existing overhead shade curtains located in the South Greenhouse range (84' x 100') (Flat SS). Replace all clips, closure cloth and damaged monofilament lines. Material List: (12) LS Harmony 4647 curtains (13' x 26') (12) LS Harmony 4647 curtains (13' x 38') (6) LS Harmony 4647 curtains (13' x 50') (400') Closure cloth (24") (500) LE clips (C) Please outline the lead time for delivery and installation. Timing may be a deciding factor.
