Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Antigo, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

In general, the project consists of various improvements to three parks throughout the City of Antigo - Peaceful Valley Festival Grounds, the Lakeside Park Development, and the Al Remington Little League Trailhead. Peaceful Valley Festival Ground improvements include the construction of a 540 SF pavilion concrete slab, support posts, and associated footings. The Lakeside Park Development includes the construction of a 14,025 SF asphalt parking lot, 335 LF of an 8-ft wide asphalt trail, sidewalk, site grading, and the construction of a 400 SF pavilion concrete slab, concrete footings, and associated anchor plates. Improvements at the Al Remington Little League Trailhead location include the construction of a 25,100 SF asphalt parking lot, 890 LF of concrete curb and gutter, a 425 LF extension of the 10-ft wide asphalt Springbrook Trail, sidewalk, site grading, and miscellaneous storm sewer improvements. Al Remington Little League Trailhead on or before June 30, 2024. Peaceful Valley Festival Grounds and Lakeside Park Development Lakeside on or before July 31, 2024. No binding interpretation of the meaning or intent of the drawings, specifications, or other bidding documents will be made to any bidder orally. Requests for such interpretation shall be made to Ayres in writing. Requests received less than 7 days prior to the Bid Deadline may not be answered. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by A/E in response to such requests will be issued by addenda via QuestCDN.com to all parties recorded as having downloaded the bidding documents. All addenda so issued shall become part of the bidding documents and shall be acknowledged with the bid.
