As of May 13, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. This Contract provides for improvements to ADA facilities, roadway preservation including grind and overlay, and replacement and/or new pavement markings on the following areas: o Base Bid - Schedule A (Sites 1 & 2): Fryelands Blvd (northbound lane only) from Wales Street SE to Tye Street SE and Blueberry Lane from 182nd Avenue SE to North Kelsey Street including Galway Bay SE, Killarney Circle SE, and Limerick Place SE. o Additive 1 - Schedule B (Site 3): 146th Street SE from Fryelands Blvd to 167th Street SE and 167th Avenue SE from 146th Street SE to Tye Street SE. and also updates pavement markings at various locations throughout the City of Monroe (included in Base Bid) in support of the 2024 Annual Road Maintenance Project. This contract includes one night shift to accomplish the work proposed at the intersection of North Kelsey Street and Blueberry Lane, see section 1-10.2. The anticipated work includes placement of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA Cl. 1/2 in. PG 58H-22), asphalt pavement repair, asphalt planing, construction of ADA ramps, pavement markings, utility adjustments, temporary traffic control and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
