Bid Schedule A - Zone 3N Paving Project in general consists of mobilization; traffic control; water pollution control program; cold planning and wedge grinding of asphalt roadway section; installation of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) levelling courses and overlays; removal & replacement HMA including dig-out repairs; adjustment of utility covers and monument covers to finish grade; removal & replacement of speed humps, traffic striping and pavement markings; and installation of new signs; and all other work shown on the Plans and as specified in these Special Provisions. The Contractor shall diligently prosecute all work (including mobilization and punch list items) to completion before the expiration of working days by bid schedule as summarized summary below: Bid: Forty Five (45) working days Bid Schedule B - Aspen Dr Sewer Project in general consists of pipe bursting the existing 10" VCP sanitary sewer main and installing a new 12" SDR 17 HDPE PIPE including restoring the connections to existing manholes and reconnecting existing laterals to the new main, utility locating and protection, installation of bedding, backfill and paving as needed and performing related traffic control, public convenience and temporary bypass systems as shown on the Plans and as specified in these Special Provisions. Bid Schedule C - Robin Ln & Meadow Ln Storm Drain in general consists of removal of existing 22"x36" Oval DIP and replacement with new 24" RCP, CL V including restoring the connections to existing manholes, utility locating, installation of bedding, backfill and paving as shown and performing related traffic control, public convenience and temporary bypass systems as shown on the Plans and as specified in these Special Provisions. The Contractor shall possess a valid Class "A": General Engineering Contractor License at the time the bids are opened. Further, only a contractor registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) to bid on public works contracts in California shall be permitted to submit a bid. Furthermore, only subcontractors registered with the DIR to bid on public works contracts in California shall be permitted to perform work or labor or render service under subcontract to the subject contractor.
