Reference Number 0000267693 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/04/23 04:00:00 PM CDT Manitoba Housing requires a Service Agreement for the supply of goods/services to perform pickup and disposal of bulk garbage and abandoned goods throughout Manitoba Housing locations in Selkirk and Surrounding areas. The work includes, but is not limited to, pickup and disposal of residential bulk garbage from specified locations on an as required and / or scheduled basis; pick up and disposal of abandoned goods from rental units on an as required and /or scheduled basis; and respond, when required, to emergency calls after hours for removal of bulk garbage; to be performed in Selkirk and Surrounding Areas. The Work The items of work intended to be covered by the specifications and to which the specifications apply, are those necessary or incidental to the completion of the Work in accordance with these Contract Documents. A general description of the Work is to: A) Pickup and dispose of residential bulk garbage from specified locations within the City of Selkirk (and surrounding locations which includes East Selkirk, Beausejour, Tyndall and Garson) on an as required and/or scheduled basis. B) Pickup and dispose of abandoned goods from rental units within the City of Selkirk (and surrounding locations which includes East Selkirk, Beausejour, Tyndall and Garson) on an as required and/or scheduled basis. C) Respond, when required, to emergency calls after hours for removal of bulk garbage. Contractor shall be available to make extra pickups on an as and when required basis. Distribution of Work A-Selkirk-236 Clandeboye Avenue, 215 Eaton Avenue, 435 Eveline Street, 445 Eveline Street., 200 Fox Avenue, 605 Selkirk Avenue, 331 Mercy Street, and Sveinson 20/ Outhwaite 19. B-East Selkirk - 635 Henderson HWY North C-Beausejour-19 3d Street, 601 4th Street, and 651 James Street D-Tyndall-19 1" Street E-Garson-18 Thompson Avenue The Service Agreement shall be for a period of two (2) years with an anticipated commencement date of May 01, 2024. Manitoba Housing reserves the right to extend this Agreement for two (2) optional two (2) year extensions.
