The City and County of Broomfield (hereinafter known as the City) acting through the Public Works Department, is seeking a provider of pond management services to support its goal of maintaining water quality in designated stormwater retention ponds and reservoirs (Project). The City intends to execute one (1) contract for the services requested in this Request for Proposal (Solicitation). In all cases, the City reserves the right to negotiate all contract amounts.
