Reference number 0000267652 Deadline for receiving questions 23-avr.-2024 03:00:00 PM HAE Deadline to submit intent 01-mai-2024 12:00:00 AM HAE Provision of Inspection and Calibration of Air Quality Monitoring System at Various Metrolinx Bus Facilities Documentation, and supervision to thoroughly carry out the work in compliance with all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. The Vendor shall have the manufacturers' technical service documentation for the equipment being inspected, tested and/or calibrated. The Vendor shall report to the relevant contact or designated person, upon arrival on site and may not perform any work until accompanied by designated Metrolinx staff. Regular work hours shall be scheduled Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 15:00 p.m. hours, unless otherwise requested by Metrolinx. The Vendor shall perform the Air Monitoring System Inspections and Calibrations following manufacturer's specifications and requirements for all sensors at each location as listed in Appendix 1-Sensor Listing. The manufacturer's specifications and requirement will be available at each facility. After each inspection is performed the Vendor shall supply Metrolinx with a detailed report (both printed and in digital format) including the problem areas and recommended solutions. The report shall also include a quotation of the remedial requirements to rectify the deficiencies found, including a breakdown of labor, material equipment cost and any other related expenses. The unit price for inspection and calibration agreed on this Contract includes all costs for transportation, mileage, fuel, storage, handling, labor, overhead, environmental, and cleaning to require providing the specified services. The work shall be executed to the satisfaction of the Manager, Bus Facilities Services unless otherwise indicated. No remedial/emergent work shall be performed without prior authorization from Metrolinx. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
