For phase 1 work, this can begin on June 25 and must be completed no later than August 23, 2024. After this date, the contractor must plan to carry out the installation in the evenings and weekends, without additional costs for this phase (see work schedule). For phase 2 work, this can begin on June 25 and must be completed no later than December 6, 2024. After this date, the contractor must plan to carry out the installation in the evenings and weekends, without additional costs (see work schedule). The Draveurs School Service Center does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received or opened, particularly when it judges that the prices are too high or disproportionate or do not reflect a fair price. It also reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or in part. The school service center does not undertake to incur any costs, nor any obligation of any nature whatsoever towards the bidder(s).
