Contractors are invited to submit electronic, formal bids for the Crows Landing CSD Well 4 Replacement project. Estimated construction cost for this project is less than $1,616,830. The work to be accomplished includes furnishing products, labor, tools, transportation, and services including but not limited to: 1. Pump Efficiency Testing of Crows Landing Community Services District (CLCSD) Wells No. 4 and No. 5 prior to removing Well No. 4 from service. 2. Procuring and mobilizing an emergency temporary pump and generator to be used in the event CLCSD Well No. 5 pump becomes inoperable during the work and within eight (8) hours of notice, remove the pump and motor from CLCSD Well No. 5 and install the emergency pump. 3. Construction, development, and testing of one (1) new potable water supply well, the CLCSD Well 4A (Known as 2024 Well for permitting). 4. Equipping new CLCSD 2024 Well with existing Well 4 pump and motor as shown on the Project Plans. 5. Destruction of the CLCSD Well No. 4. 6. Other such items and details not mentioned herein that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications or Special Provisions shall be performed, placed, constructed, or detailed.
