The project entails the construction of paved pedestrian connections to the adjacent county bike path system and related pavement markings and crosswalks within the adjacent road and parking lot. Description: Construction of approximately 250 lineal feet (LF) of 6' asphalt sidewalk, 250 LF of 10' asphalt, grade-separated recreational pathway, 2,500 LF or roadway, long-line striping, and a variety of painted pavement stencil markings. Project includes associated construction erosion and sediment control measures, traffic control. The Owner requires the Project to be completed by October 15, 2024. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a certified check, a bank money order or a Bid Bond of a sum of no less than 5 percent of the maximum Bid Price. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Section 00 20 00 (Instructions to Bidders) of the Project Manual. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission.
