The City of Royal Oak, Oakland County, Michigan, is seeking the submittal of qualifications (SOQ) from consulting engineering firms to provide General Consulting Engineering Services for the City of Royal Oak. The effective date of the resulting contract will be July 1, 2024 (or upon city commission approval) through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew the contract for up to an additional three (3) years.
