Renovation of a medical facility in Martins Ferry, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
As of June 25, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Secure a design/build firm to replace an existing emergency generator and automatic transfer switch at East Ohio Regional Hospital. Designer will be responsible for 100% of the design including electrical, mechanical and civil engineering services. Designer shall also secure any/all permits required for the project. Contractor shall install per designer construction plans and secure inspection approval. The engineer will accept questions for this project until 4:00 pm on April 22, 2024 by submitting any questions in writing to mail@wequicksall.com or fax (330) 339-2227. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions (Davis-Bacon wages), various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, the requirement for a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for 100% of the contract price, Clean Air & Water Act, Copeland Anti-Kickback Act and Byrd Anti-Lobbying Act. 100% Performance Bond
